Mental and physical are one. That's the whole idea.

I'm Arne. I coach people who've lost their structure, feel overloaded, and need to get back on track — or who are already doing well and want to take the next bigger step. Either way, the problem is rarely the training itself. It's everything around it: stress, sleep, priorities, headspace, consistency.

For over 6 years I've coached more than 100 people through exactly that. Busy professionals, people rebuilding after burn-out, clients coming out of serious mental health struggles, and everyone in between. Different starting points — same principle. Small steps, compounded, produce results that actually last.

My background

Not a typical PT route. I started in mental health care as a re-integration coach, helping people rebuild their lives with serious mental illness, after burn-out, depression, and long-term absence from work. Then I combined that with training — because mind and body aren't two jobs. They're one.

Different worlds, same thread: people don't grow when you treat them as a number or a diagnosis. They grow when someone actually sees them.

Why I do this

A few years ago I ended up at home with burn-out. No energy. Overthinking. Headaches. Drained by any kind of social contact. I had to rebuild from the ground up — re-integrate, set priorities, figure out what I actually wanted.

Sport was always right in front of me. I've played football for 20 years and been in the gym since I was 15. Movement has always been part of my life. And I was good at coaching. So I stopped separating the two.

Because that's the mistake almost everyone makes: treating the body and the mind like separate projects. They're not. You can't out-train a stressed nervous system, and you can't think your way into a stronger body. It's one package — structure, habits, lifestyle, mindset, training — and every piece has to work together before real growth happens.

I've been on both sides of this — the one who needed help, and the one giving it. That's why I can meet people where they actually are, not where a programme says they should be.

How I coach

Structure over motivation. Honest reflection over hype. A positive, realistic lens on what's possible — so you walk away with habits and insights you keep for life, not just a 12-week transformation.

Strong body. Stronger mind. One system.
