Mental and physical are one.
That's the whole idea.

I'm Arne. I coach busy professionals who want to perform without breaking — and people rebuilding the structure underneath their life.

Different starting points. Same principle: small steps, compounded, produce results that actually last.

Most people don't need more motivation. They need structure that holds up under pressure.

My background

Not a typical PT route. I started in mental health care as a re-integration coach, where I learned how deeply structure, resilience and long-term habits shape performance and wellbeing.

Then I brought that into training. Because body and mind aren't two jobs — they're one.

Two worlds, one coach — PT Arne's expertise across mental health care and personal training

Different worlds, same thread: people grow when someone actually sees them.

Why I do this

A few years ago I hit burn-out. No energy, broken sleep, drained by anything that asked of me. I had to rebuild from the ground up.

What pulled me through wasn't a programme. It was structure, small wins, and people who saw where I actually was — not where I should be.

You can't out-train a stressed nervous system. You can't think your way into a stronger body.

I've been on both sides of this. The one rebuilding, and the one guiding others through it. That's why I take this work seriously.

How I coach

Structure over motivation. Honest reflection over hype.

A positive, realistic view of what's possible — so you walk away with habits you keep for life, not just a 12-week transformation.

Stronger body. Stronger mind. One system.

My goal is simple: to help busy professionals build a stronger body, a clearer mind and a lifestyle that holds up under pressure.
